At Drops Of Jupiter Candle Co., we stand by the quality of our products and services, and we're committed to ensuring that you're happy with your purchase. Please see our policies below for returns, refunds, and product concerns.

 

RETURNS

  • RETURN WINDOW: Return requests are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please CONTACT US to submit your request and include the reason for your return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. 
  • RETURN ELIGIBILITY: 
    • Items must be returned in the same condition at which it was received — unused, with original tags, accompanied by proof of purchase. 
    • We do not accept returns for used products, items purchased on sale or during promotions, gift cards, or products returned due to personal scent preference.
    • For items damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the cost of return shipping. In all other approved cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • IMPORTANT RETURN PACKAGING INFORMATION: To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please carefully secure your item(s) in the original packaging they were received in. Improper packaging can lead to damage during transit, and any items showing damage will no longer be eligible for a refund. We recommend using sufficient padding and securely sealing the box/package to avoid potential issues.

 

REFUNDS

  • For eligible returns, you may choose a full refund or store credit
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 business days after your return is received.
  • Store credit is issued within the same timeframe and never expires.

 

EXCHANGES

  • We do not accept exchanges at this time. 
  • DAMAGED ITEMS: All item(s) are carefully inspected before they are shipped. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please CONTACT US within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos.
  • SHIPPING COST: Approved exchanges will be shipped at no additional cost. We cannot offer exchanges for items due to scent preference or for products that are final sale.
