At Drops of Jupiter Candle Co., we strive to get your orders processed and shipped out as quickly as possible from our facility in Leander, TX. Please note that shipping times do not include production times, which may vary depending on the product. Below you’ll find detailed information on our shipping procedures, methods, and policies.

 

TURN AROUND TIMES

  • All items are expected to ship within 5-7 business days, in most cases. 
    • We prioritize orders with expedited shipping methods for faster delivery.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Route Package Protection is vital. If an unfortunate case arises, you will be covered in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.  
    • If Route Package Protection is removed at checkout and/or not applied to your order, Drops of Jupiter Candle Co. is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

  • Drops of Jupiter Candle Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Expedited Orders are prioritized, but production times are not included in shipping estimates.

TRACKING INFORMATION

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

  • Shipping is currently limited to the United States. International shipping is not available.
